In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Yobs Systems LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our platform to do the same. This policy outlines the process for reporting copyright infringement on the Yobs! platform.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on Yobs!, please notify our designated agent by providing the following information in writing:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, including information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., the URL of the infringing content).
• Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed from Yobs! due to a mistake or misidentification of the material, you may file a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, and telephone number.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Yobs Systems LLC may be found).
• A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of the alleged infringement.

Repeat Infringers

Yobs Systems LLC has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We may also, in our sole discretion, limit access to our platform and terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
